Rate: $40-$47/hr.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for a growing technology organization. This role will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner, managing hiring initiatives for highly skilled technical professionals while influencing hiring leaders through market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting best practices.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of agency staffing and corporate recruiting experience, has a strong understanding of technology talent markets, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple high-priority requisitions. This position requires a consultative recruiting approach, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience from intake through offer acceptance and start date.
Responsibilities:
· Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical positions from requisition intake through candidate start date.
· Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, define talent requirements, and drive hiring outcomes.
· Recruit for a variety of technology roles, including software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, data, AI, and related technical functions.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing market trends, compensation insights, talent availability data, and competitive intelligence.
· Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and candidate engagement.
· Utilize recruiting analytics, pipeline metrics, and funnel data to identify opportunities and improve hiring effectiveness.
· Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical positions.
· Create and execute sourcing strategies using professional networks, referrals, CRM platforms, and external sourcing tools.
· Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, effective interview coordination, and professional relationship management.
· Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
· Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, share recruiting best practices, and provide thought leadership around talent acquisition strategies.
· Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
Required Qualifications
· 6+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technology hiring.
· Proven success recruiting technical talent, including software engineers, architects, cloud engineers, cybersecurity professionals, data specialists, DevOps engineers, and infrastructure professionals.
· Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in complex, fast-paced environments.
· Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills.
· Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions using labor market data, compensation trends, and recruiting analytics.
· Experience managing 20+ active requisitions simultaneously.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
· Combination of agency staffing and corporate recruiting experience.
· Experience supporting hiring initiatives within technology, financial services, or other large enterprise environments.
· Familiarity with recruiting for Data, AI, cloud, infrastructure, and emerging technology skill sets.
· Track record of developing innovative sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
· History of long-term career progression and professional stability.
