Rate: $20-$30 Per Hour

Duration: 3 Month Contract, Potential to Extend

Our organization is seeking a Digital & Web Delivery Specialist to assist with the setup of booking engines for new properties. This role supports a rental e-commerce team that operates a website to generate hotel revenues from timeshare properties, with a focus on monetizing unused space and attracting future owners. You will be a key part of enhancing a website that supports over 90 properties across North America, the Caribbean, and Europe.

• Support the setup, configuration, testing, and launch of hotel booking engines and microsites.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify system performance and the user journey.
• Coordinate website content updates and digital deployments.
• Validate offer setup, pricing, content accuracy, tracking parameters, and end-to-end booking functionality.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects, usability issues, and discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, testing results, and deployment records.
• Partner with internal teams such as Brand, Creative, Legal, and IT to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

• 1+ years of experience with Amadeus products, specifically iHotelier.
• Experience performing UAT for consumer-facing websites, including walk-throughs to verify system performance.
• Experience in the hotel or timeshare industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.

• Experience with Guest Management Systems (GMS).
• Familiarity with hotel reservation platforms such as SynXis, Cendyn, SiteMinder, or Pegasus.
• Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, or WordPress.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as WorkFront, Jira, or Trello.
• Understanding of web analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
