Location: Renton, Washington (Partial Remote)
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of multiple projects. This role involves developing cost-benefit analyses, creating and reporting on program status, allocating resources, defining project governance, and managing financial aspects of the program. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well-organized, and possess strong innovation and facilitation skills.
- Coordinate the delivery of multiple projects and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses for the program and manage financial concerns.
- Communicate with executive committees, creating and reporting program status through a dashboard.
- Define project governance policies.
- Utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
- Interface with all levels across organizational lines, including business units.
- Effectively utilize external vendors and resources.
- Build team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
- Manage stakeholder communication, change management, and conflict resolution.
Education: A High School Diploma is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of related project management experience is required.
Technical Skills: Proven experience with Waterfall project methodology is required.
- Some college education is preferred but not required.
- Experience with UPS knowledge, facility technology, and construction projects.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with healthcare systems.
The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Periodic work after hours and on weekends may be expected for project go-lives. This position is partially remote but requires the candidate to be local to the Renton, WA area, with the ability to come into the office. The role involves up to 20% travel, primarily within the local region.
