Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Hybrid)
This position supports domestic content compliance for renewable energy projects through detailed manual document reviews, audit support, and document control. The role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and reviewing contractor and vendor submissions against project-specific requirements. The auditor will confirm the completeness, accuracy, consistency, and traceability of supporting records, maintain organized files, and coordinate the resolution of any documentation gaps.
- Perform detailed manual reviews of DCA-related documentation, including contractor submissions, vendor records, project exhibits, and compliance attestations.
- Evaluate documents for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
- Maintain document control practices by organizing submissions, applying naming conventions, tracking versions, and ensuring files are accessible and audit-ready.
- Document review outcomes, deficiencies, discrepancies, and unresolved risks in designated trackers or compliance systems.
- Issue clear deficiency notices and corrective action requests to resolve documentation gaps.
- Maintain an auditable review trail, including intake dates, review status, and resolution history.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to clarify documentation requirements and resolve gaps.
- Support audit and compliance reviews by compiling requested documentation and confirming project files meet DCA requirements.
- Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Audit, Compliance, Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
Experience: This role requires 3+ years of experience in audit support, compliance documentation, document control, or contract administration involving detailed manual review of supporting documentation. Experience maintaining audit-ready files, deficiency logs, and document trackers is necessary.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document management tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to reconcile information across multiple source documents are essential.
- Experience supporting renewable energy projects.
- Familiarity with tax credit documentation, domestic content requirements, procurement documentation, and origin/traceability records.
- PMP certification is preferred.
This role allows for a hybrid work schedule. The position may require up to 15-25% travel to project sites. Driving will be required as part of the position duties. Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, walk on varied terrain at job sites, and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
