Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to support construction and contract services programs within a utility or infrastructure environment. This role provides administrative, financial, and project coordination support for construction-related initiatives, helping ensure projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and within budget.
- Provide administrative support for construction, contract services, vegetation management, transmission, and substation projects.
- Audit, review, and reconcile contractor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and approvals.
- Prepare monthly accruals and support financial tracking activities.
- Assist with budget monitoring, expense tracking, and project reporting.
- Compile, organize, and maintain construction and project documentation.
- Support contract administration activities, including documentation, tracking, and compliance.
- Participate in the collection, review, and analysis of project metrics, production reports, and status updates.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support to project and management teams.
- Experience supporting construction projects, project management teams, or construction administration functions.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with contract administration, invoice processing, or project financial tracking.
- Familiarity with construction, utility, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with project documentation, contractor coordination, and budget management.
