Job Description:
Location: Lakewood, Colorado (Hybrid)
This role supports a critical enterprise learning initiative focused on LMS stabilization, compliance training accuracy, and the development of enterprise-wide training standards. The position involves leading a technical LMS audit, remapping, testing, documentation, and post-implementation validation activities. Following LMS stabilization, this position will design and document training standards, LMS governance practices, and quality review processes.
- * Audit existing auto-enrollment rules, mandatory courses, and communications within the LMS. * Design, configure, and test an updated enrollment rule architecture. * Execute production updates and conduct a post-implementation compliance audit. * Develop enterprise training standards, including for compliance, LMS governance, vendor content, and quality review. * Produce complete LMS documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Lead the reorganization of the job structure within the LMS, addressing downstream impacts on compliance and safety training.
- Create, maintain, and sustain standards for the LMS to support scalability and consistency.
- Manage changes to job architecture, update enrollment rules, and manually create new rules as needed.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience with a dual focus on LMS administration and training standards. Experience navigating an LMS, working with HRIS integrations, and supporting compliance-driven training environments is required. The candidate must be a self-starter who can act as a consultant with minimal guidance and demonstrate confidence in stakeholder management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and LMS platforms is required. The ability to utilize AI is also noted.
- * Familiarity with operator qualification requirements, safety training frameworks, or FERC compliance training. * Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with Absorb LMS.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM integrations.
- Experience building enterprise learning standards or governance processes from the ground up.
