David Toste is a Senior Manager, Career Services at CompTIA, where he leverages over 20 years of experience in staffing and recruiting industry to empower CompTIA learners entering or advancing their careers in IT. Throughout his career, David has held various roles, including recruiting, sales, and account management, supporting a diverse range of companies in the IT sector. In 2021, he pivoted his career to focus on sharing his extensive knowledge and insights with CompTIA's students and learners. David is passionate about providing guidance and support to individuals as they navigate the job market, helping them set realistic expectations and achieve their career goals in the ever-evolving field of IT.

Cathy Miclat, CSM®, CSPO®, is Director of Career Services with Vets2PM, an organization committed to helping transitioning service members and veterans achieve meaningful, lucrative, post-service careers through our robust DoD SkillBridge program, providing certification training and career services, including professional resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills. Cathy began her career in Human Resources, helping a small government contractor double in size, and then switched to the Executive Search & Recruitment industry where she has spent most of her career. After helping a struggling veteran with a resume in the spring of 2015, she was introduced to Vets2PM and began providing professional resume writing services, which turned into a full-time position where she helped create the Career Services division. Cathy is an Amazon best-selling author, as Editor with Dr. Eric Wright, Vets2PM’s Founder, on the book ‘101 Lessons Learned From Helping Military Members and Veterans Achieve Meaningful, Lucrative Post-Service Careers,’ published in 2020. Cathy graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Mass Communications and spent three years in the advertising industry prior to her HR and Recruiting career. She is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®).

Chris Rosbaugh, a Lead Recruiter, has been matching Everforth Apex’ clients to top tier talent across the enterprise applications space for 13 years. He began his career as a Recruiter but has since collected a variety of hats, including sales enablement, technology education, and coaching and mentoring. Today, he splits his time between recruiting, educating, strategizing, and talking about technology to anyone who will listen. Chris is also passionate about supporting STEM nonprofit and workforce development organizations, including Computer Coach IT Training School and Year Up, through mentorship, mock interviews, acting on panels and delivering presentations on a variety of topics to help educate current and aspiring technology job seekers.
