SITUATION

Our client faced challenges with their Tableau reporting mechanism, combining excessive licensing costs and prolonged report generation with an extensive data-gathering process. Due to the lack of automation in Tableau, the process of creating reports required hands-on observation of the factory machinery and manual data transfer to prepare for effective analysis and use.
