Job Title: Project Coordinator
Duration: 9-Month Contract
Location: Remote (Canada)
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the healthcare sector. This role will focus on coordinating project activities, managing intake processes, and supporting reporting and data analysis across multiple workstreams.
The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of project coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Controls
- Support delivery of project objectives through coordination and maintenance of project documentation
- Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, and onboarding plans
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, and timelines; escalate risks and issues as needed
- Develop and maintain project artifacts such as process maps, SOPs, and user stories
Intake & Onboarding Coordination
- Manage intake workflows, including triage and tracking of incoming requests
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure completion of required steps
- Facilitate intake discussions and support prioritization efforts
Stakeholder Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholder groups
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and capture action items
- Support cross-functional communication across project teams
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Compile, analyze, and interpret data to support program reporting
- Maintain data quality and support validation processes
- Develop insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or similar role
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong knowledge of project tracking tools, RAID logs, and reporting processes
- Experience with intake coordination and onboarding workflows
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare or public sector environments
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience supporting data quality, reporting systems, or performance metrics
