Job Description:
Location: Orlando, Florida (Onsite)
This role supports Agile delivery and release management for software development teams. The position involves assisting with sprint ceremonies, release readiness, and production change processes to ensure efficient software delivery. You will provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and Engineers by maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, and preparing meeting materials and status reports.
- Support Agile delivery and release management activities.
- Assist with recurring sprint ceremonies, release readiness, and production change processes.
- Coordinate ServiceNow change requests and prepare CAB documentation.
- Maintain sprint release manifests and schedule Go/No-Go meetings.
- Assist with sprint closeout activities and support sprint planning.
- Provide administrative and operational support to project managers and engineers.
- Maintain project documentation, track action items, and coordinate recurring activities.
- Prepare meeting materials, dashboards, and status reports.
- Assist with coordinating release schedules across multiple teams.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or software development support is required. Exposure to Agile software development practices and sprint ceremonies is also necessary.
Technical Skills: Candidates should have familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar project management tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications is needed, along with familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, or Anthropic Claude.

- Exposure to release management, change management, or CAB processes.
- Experience coordinating meetings and collaborating across multiple teams.
