Duration: 18-month contract (through FY27, potential extension/convert)

Work Location: Hybrid (2–3 days/week downtown Toronto)

  • Core in-office days: Wednesday, Thursday + 4th Friday of each month
  • Hours: 37.5 hrs/week; Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What does the LOB do?
  • Procurement Operations team supporting enterprise procurement tools and processes
  • Focused on enabling and optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms (Coupa, Zip)
  • Supporting large-scale transformation programs (e.g., TPM 360) and tool implementations
Summary:

The main function of this role is to support the administration, enablement, and ongoing optimization of procurement platforms within Procurement Operations. This includes triaging user issues, supporting supplier onboarding, maintaining compliance and audit standards, and assisting with system enhancements and releases.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for junior professionals who understand procurement workflows and are comfortable working across operations, technology, and business stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day administration of procurement platforms (Coupa, Zip), including user provisioning, access management, and issue resolution

• Manage and triage incoming requests via shared mailbox and ticketing systems (Level 2/3 support)

• Troubleshoot system and workflow issues, escalating to vendors where required

• Assist with supplier enablement activities, including onboarding, catalog management, and resolving transaction issues (e.g., stuck POs/contracts)

• Monitor and support procurement workflows to ensure proper execution and compliance

• Participate in system testing, release support, and enhancement validation activities

• Support audit and compliance requirements, including documentation and control tracking

• Analyze recurring issues, identify trends, and recommend process or system improvements

• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support user adoption

• Collaborate with Procurement, AP, Technology, and business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience

• Contribute to ongoing transformation initiatives and tool implementations (e.g., Zip rollout)

Must Have Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related operations role

• Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle / Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes

• Experience working with procurement platforms (Coupa preferred; Ariba, Ivalua, etc. considered)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (ability to triage issues and identify root cause)

• Experience supporting operational workflows, ticketing, or user-facing support

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Coupa or Zip platforms

• Banking or highly regulated industry experience

• Excel and data analysis skills (ability to interpret data and identify trends)

• Exposure to supplier onboarding, catalog management, or procurement operations support

• Experience supporting system testing, releases, or process documentation

• Background in helpdesk/support or operations environment

Apex pay scales are determined by role, experience, skill set, and location. For this new position, the estimated hourly range is provided below as a guideline; however, total compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
