Job Description:
The Global Specialty Executive Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering senior‑level and niche executive talent across global business, technical, and specialty domains. This role blends high‑touch executive search, deep market intelligence, and strategic partnership with senior leadership to support critical hiring for high‑impact, high‑visibility teams.
- Executive Talent Sourcing — Build pipelines for VP, Director, and senior specialty leaders across global business, technical, and operational functions.
- Stakeholder Partnership — Work directly with senior leaders to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and influence hiring decisions.
- Search Strategy Development — Create targeted search strategies using market mapping, competitive intelligence, and global talent research.
- Candidate Engagement — Drive high‑touch outreach, relationship building, and long‑term engagement with executive‑level candidates.
- Assessment & Screening — Conduct deep‑dive executive screens evaluating leadership capability, functional expertise, and organizational fit.
- Market Intelligence — Deliver insights on competitor org structures, compensation trends, and global talent availability.
- Diversity Search — Build inclusive executive pipelines using targeted channels, networks, and community partnerships.
- Search Management — Own end‑to‑end search execution, including intake, strategy, research, calibration, candidate management, and offer support.
- Data & Reporting — Track funnel health, outreach performance, and search progress using ATS/CRM tools.
- 5+ years of executive recruiting or senior‑level search experience
- Experience supporting VP, Director, or specialty leadership roles
- Strong sourcing capability across global markets
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive search strategy
- Proficiency with executive search tools, platforms, and research methodologies
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience in a large, matrixed, global organization
- Background in specialty or niche executive search (technical, operations, product, or business leadership)
- Ability to deliver high‑quality results in fast‑moving environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret search data and adjust strategy
- Experience driving diversity search initiatives
- Delivering high‑quality executive pipelines quickly for niche global roles
- Building trust with senior leadership through consistent calibration and communication
- Demonstrating ownership, bias for action, and data‑driven decision‑making
- Increasing diversity representation in executive pipelines
