Role: Data Management Analyst 4

Location: Columbus, OH or Charlotte, NC

Pay Rate: $55-61

 

 

This Project is with the Core Banking team as part of key enterprise initiative to update the entire ledger and transaction process over the next 5 years (part of a modernization project). The team has identified skill gaps and capacity needs for data management analyst and Digital Product owners that will be integral to the ensure delivery.

 

In this role the contractor will act as the a Feature Product Owner responsible for writing feature level acceptance criteria, acting as the communications anchor for stakeholders, and refine business requirements for the core banking platform team.

 

• Lead end-to-end data projects, from requirement gathering to solution delivery.

• Design and implement scalable data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks.

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to map data ownership and usage.

• Provide thought leadership on data strategy, architecture, and emerging technologies.

• Mentor and guide other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Technology, Operations)

• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to define target-state data architectures, ensuring solutions support scalability, reliability, governance, and business objectives.

Required:

Digital product ownership experience

Knowledge of account ledger platforms, posting logic, transaction flows, and/or ledger system architecture

Experience delivering complex initiatives within Agile frameworks, including hands on use of tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Experience working with real time processing systems, microservices architectures, and event driven solutions

Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated environments, with an understanding of risk, control, and compliance considerations

Data modeling/ data domain/ governance experience
