Project Management - Project Coordinator III

Location: Redmond, Washington - HYBRID ONSITE

COMPENSATION: $41 - $51 HOURLY

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a Research and Development team. This role involves managing inventory and procurement activities. The ideal candidate is independent, driven, and eager to learn, with a motivation to work with AI to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and distribution for hardware prototypes and commercial devices.
  • Work with the Logistics team to coordinate device transfers.
  • Facilitate the procurement of additional commercial devices based on inventory levels.
  • Conduct and maintain periodic inventories of all prototypes and commercial devices.
  • Perform firmware updates across hardware prototypes.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including completing purchase requests and monitoring their progress.
  • Escalate cases with cross-functional partners as needed.
  • Work with external vendors to resolve procurement, logistics, and invoicing issues.
  • Identify and document recurring issues to find areas for improvement.
  • Keep project documents and templates up-to-date and present reports to the management team.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

 

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar coordinating role.

 

Technical Skills: Experience using communication tools such as Gmail, Calendar, and G Suite.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer service mindset to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities.
  • Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with a broad range of technical staff.
  • Familiarity leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in maintaining a hardware inventory tracking program.
  • Experience using project management tools.
