Todays software teams aspire to continuously deliver business value to customers. For this to work, we have to build quality into the product from the start. The old school approach of testing after coding is finished doesnt help with successful product delivery. We need new testing strategies: guiding development with business-facing examples and tests, helping stakeholders identify and define valuable features, preventing defects rather than finding them later.

In an agile organization testing is not a job or a phase or a department. Testing and coding are integral parts of software development, done together. Every member of the software delivery team, including the business stakeholders, must take responsibility for planning and executing necessary testing activities. Join Lisa to learn strategies to build quality into software products and optimize testing practices.
