Speaker Kimberly Tableman

Kimberly is the Founder and CEO of ESPERO Health, a SaaS platform that harnesses technology to transform drug development. With 25 years in technology and 15 years in pharmaceuticals, Kimberly is committed to serving patients first and amplifying their voices to facilitate a positive care journey and accessibility to precision medicine treatments.

After earning her MIS from Central Michigan University and MS from Columbia University, Kimberly became a management consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young before leading the development and launch of several essential technology products to transform the life sciences industry at Pfizer and GSK.

As a former CCDO at Castor, she led talks on improving clinical research efficiencies for therapeutic access. Kimberly, the author of "Matriarch" and host of the "How Mighty We" retreat, shares her experiences as a woman scaling the corporate ladder, including the challenges she faced and the allies she made along the way, connecting her personal and professional lives in a deeply satisfying and joyful way.

She lives on the Shoreline of CT with her three children, Ava, Ethan, and Brooklyn, and she hopes to leave the world a better place for them.
