You will learn integrated ideas to immediately improve your ability to address challenges associated with leading change of any type or scale. Business and organizational agility, including agile development transformations, can present unforeseen issues that can stall or kill your vision and goals. This program will show you ways to leverage new skills to become more successful in achieving your goals and reducing stress.

Speaker Kevin Martin

Kevin D. Martin, PMP, PMI-ACP, brings nearly four decades of leadership and project, program, and portfolio experience in information technology, call center operations, and project management disciplines. Actively involved in the vision and growth of this global award-winning Alamo PMI chapter, Kevin’s focus is on building and leading high performing teams to achieve business value and sustainable success. Kevin’s talents have benefited numerous Fortune 200 companies in the industries of oil and gas, banking, and financial services, and various sports, volunteer, and community service organizations.

Kevin graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. Kevin is also a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden Executive Education Program and the Leadership Development Program at The Center for Creative Leadership. As a faculty member at the University of Texas, San Antonio, Kevin focuses on project management and agile business practices to develop future leaders that deliver organizational and business value through innovation and continuous learning. Kevin is in high demand as a thought leader and international speaker. Kevin enjoys the variety and challenges at every scale of complexity and business development. A long-time resident of San Antonio, Kevin is a leader in the community and civic organizations. Kevin is a voracious business and leadership reader.
