Apex Systems Named to Viqtory’s 2021 Military Spouse Friendly Employers®
Richmond, VA – October 5th, 2020 – Apex Systems announced today that it has been designated a 2021 Military Friendly® Spouse Employer by Viqtory, the leader in successfully connecting the military and civilian worlds and publisher of G.I. Jobs® and Military Spouse. Since 2003, the original, premier Military Friendly® Spouse Employers Designation provides service members and their families with transparent, data-driven ratings about post-military education and career opportunities.
Institutions competed for the elite Military Spouse Friendly Employers® Designation by completing a comprehensive survey covering six categories, including Policy & Compliance, Support & Retention, Hiring & Onboarding, Promotion & Advancements, Recruiting and Sourcing, and Culture & Commitment relevant to their company’s military spouse initiatives. Survey responses were scored against comprehensive benchmarks across the key success indicators.
We are proud to recognize 95 employers earning this prestigious designation and truly representing what it means to be ”Better for Veterans and Spouses.” The 2021 Military Spouse Friendly® Employers list will be published in the January issue of Military Spouse Magazine. The survey questions, methodology, criteria, and weighting were developed by VIQTORY with the assistance of an advisory council of employers. Ernest & Young, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction advisory services, independently evaluated the scoring methodology used for the Military Spouse Friendly Employers® list using the criteria set forth by VIQTORY. The services performed by EY are limited to advisory procedures and do not provide assurance over the scoring methodology.
