Position: Associate Product Manager
Location: Orlando, hybrid
Duration: 12 months
Rate/Salary Range : $50-60
Position Overview:
They will be responsible for tactical work, writing those up in the Jira tickets, working with copy writers and content maintenance and go to market. They will do in alignment, point of contact for the day to day. Run collaboratively with cross functional, good details, arise priority conflicts, collaborate with partners and internal teams. Front facing with partners, just more on a junior level. Production operations detailed business requirements, quality, escalating issues, take something from a partner and then take it to internal teams and makes sure QA are good. Ticket management. They will attend the daily scrums.
Must Haves:
- Experience with hands on digital content production
- CMS experience: Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager
- Managing tickets – Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps
- Soft skills – flexible, not rigid, positive, outgoing
