Direct-Hire
Day to day
- Supporting M365 environment and initiatives company wide
- Deploying MS security tools
- Moving to Azure
- ERP and CRM D365 MS suite roll out
- MS Teams voice for phone solutions
- Planning and designing team initiatives throughout company projects
- Mixture of people management and guiding escalation remediation
- Infrastructure design and implementation planning
- 3rd party vendor management
Background:
- No education or cert requirements
- All experience based requirements
- Broad background of clients/companies to bring in diverse mindset
- Mix of enterprise and small shop
- Ideally a tech support resource who has moved into leadership or tech support management
- Career progresison of ideal candidate:
- Service desk, lead service desk, systems engineer, design engineer, Management/Leadership
