Tech Support l 
11 Month Contract
Seattle 

Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, reports, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a factory and fabrication environments. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Daily task include, part cleaning, media-basting using a glove box, facility maintenance such as vacuuming, de-trashing, recycling.
This is an opportunity to learn advanced manufacturing procedures and processes within the scope of industrial 3D printing, CNC milling, and metal forming.

Daily task include, assembly line operation, component cleaning, media-basting using a glove box, facility maintenance such as vacuuming, de-trashing, recycling.
