Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking to add 2 LexisNexis Bridger Insight to our team to support one of our clients that is based in Lake Mary, FL (positions could also sit in Pittsburgh, PA). The LexisNexis Bridger Insight will be a significant contributor to a globally diverse team which is responsible for enhancing and maintaining our Bridger Insight screening platforms. This highly visible position is critical for the continued success of the company’s regulatory and compliance initiatives.

Title: LexisNexis Bridger Insight – Senior Associate
Location: Pittsburg, PA or Lake Mary, FL (3 days’ on-site required)
Primary job responsibilities include:
  • Providing OFAC technical solutions.
  • Strategic architecture design and development.
  • Configuring server environments.
  • Configuration, testing, and deployment of new LexisNexis Bridger Insight products and features.
  • Onboard new work streams for screening.
  • Implement regulatory model changes.
  • Developing new utilities and reports.

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years’ experience designing, analyzing, testing and/or validating OFAC sanctions and AML screening models.
  • 2-3+ years of experience installing and configuring LexisNexis Bridger Insight products.
  • Proven track record of strong quantitative testing and statistical analysis techniques as it pertains to OFAC sanctions and AML models, including name similarity matching, classification accuracy testing, unsupervised/supervised machine learning, neural networks, fuzzy logic matching, decision trees, etc.
  • Familiarity of current compliance rules and regulations of the FRB, SEC, OCC, FATF, FinCEN, OFAC, and familiarity with USA PATRIOT Act, BSA/AML and OFAC screening regulations.
  • Prior experience designing compliance program tuning and configuration methodologies, including what-if detection scenario analytics, excess over threshold, and sampling above/below-the-line (ATL/BTL) testing.
  • Strong experience in OFAC regulations and processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Windows is desired.
