Job Overview: The Senior QC Analyst ensures quality control through analytical testing, method validation, and compliance with SOPs, playing a pivotal role in releasing cell therapy products.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads in ensuring product quality by performing key analytical and microbiological tests, crucial for verifying the safety and efficacy of drug products.
  • Facilitates collaborative efforts across multiple departments and with external partners to standardize and improve quality control measures and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manages quality control documentation, protocols, and team training, contributing to the continuous improvement and maintenance of testing standards and procedures.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a scientific field with 5+ years in biotech or pharma, emphasizing cGMP.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and leadership skills, essential for team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Experienced in gene therapy practices, with a focus on manufacturing, testing, and cGMP compliance.
