Job Description:
We are supporting a Process Development Lead with our growing Biotechnology Client located in Springhouse, PA.
Our client is looking for a candidate with BS/MS/PHD open to all levels of education with experience. And focus within downstream techniques.

- More chromatography based role - Demonstrated experience of large molecule chromatography – downstream process development - If they worked with AVs is closers to their product (monoclonal antibodies also works)
- AKTA experience – type of instrumentation – run different solutions through a column to purify it
- Tangential flow filtration (TFF) - working with plasmids - gene therapy experience is a plus - scaling up - purification - research production
- Practical experience with chromatography and other process equipment is required, ideally with lab and pilot-scale systems
- Experience with statistical and/or DoE principles and relevant statistical software (Minitab, JMP) to guide process optimization
- Excellent laboratory documentation skills required
