Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking a Data Modeler/Analyst that has experience managing a metadata repository and can integrate data models from the repository. This is a 12 month contract to hire opportunity and candidates interested in applying must be open to working a hybrid onsite schedule in either Richmond, VA or Jacksonville, FL. Below are some additional details on technical skills required.
Candidates must be able to work directly on Apex Systems w2 without sponsorship for this opportunity.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in data analysis, evaluation, and modeling
- Experience in managing a metadata repository/data catalog – Collibra
- Experienced with Data Integration – API, etc.
- Erwin
- Basic SQL querying
- Agile
Plusses :
- Prior QA experience
Position Details:
• Maintenance of metadata repository
• Coordination of automating the metadata repository upload
• Integrating metadata with the data model for upload to the repository
• Metadata data quality reports and resolutions
• Validation between data environment and metadata contents
