Position:  Watch Officer
Clearance Requirement: Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment
Location: Camp Lejeune, NC
Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project may last up to 12 months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.
Pay Rate Range:  $30/hr
Project Description:
  • Monitor Enterprise Network unclassified and classified networks email, voice, and official message traffic.
  • Perform Tier 1 First Contact Resolution and after-hours
  • Regional Service Desk (RSD) support to include routine checks of network, ongoing maintenance, and operational support status.
  • Inform the Senior Watch Officer of any service degradations or outages.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.
  • Open and close tickets.
  • Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.

Requirements:
  • Must work onsite in Camp Lejeune, NC
  • An active DOD issued Secret Security Clearance
  • CompTIA Security + Certification
  • 3 years of customer services experience in an IT environment
  • 2 years of IT ticketing system experience
  • 1 year Router/Switch configuration experience
