Job Overview: This role entails managing oncology clinical trials from inception to Phase III, overseeing strategy, coordination, and compliance with timelines, budget, and standards.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the comprehensive management of clinical trial execution, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality benchmarks, while crafting and implementing the operational framework to achieve study objectives.
  • Lead the coordination and management of cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless clinical trial operations, maintaining rigorous performance and quality monitoring throughout the trials progression.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in clinical operations, fostering strong relationships with investigators and CRO partners, and maintaining compliance with ICH/GCP and internal SOPs across all facets of the trial.
Primary Job Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree (advanced degree preferred) in health/life sciences or related field  4-10 years in drug development and specialized experience in managing oncology clinical trials across all stages.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding and practical application of FDA Regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, and possesses a comprehensive skill set in project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving, with a strong focus on clinical operations in the oncology sector.
  • Exhibit a proven record in the strategy development and effective management of clinical operations including monitoring, risk mitigation, recruitment, and oversight of CROs/vendors, ensuring a standardized, high-quality approach to clinical project execution.
  • Articulate clearly and effectively, with superior skills in communication, negotiation, and collaboration, ensuring seamless interaction with internal teams and external partners, and showcases proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance clinical trial management efficiency
