Job Description:
Location: Remote - USA
This role involves working with clients and stakeholders on technical and project-related matters, supporting initiatives from initiation through delivery. The position requires defining functional specifications, requirements, and scope to guide project implementation. The ideal candidate will provide technical and analytical insights to Product Managers, coordinate cross-functional efforts for successful delivery, and possess strong communication skills to influence both business and technical stakeholders. A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership are essential for success in this role.
- Support network hardware planning with a focus on demand and supply planning.
- Generate and analyze weekly demand and supply supportability for networking devices.
- Conduct deep analysis of source systems and connected data to ensure data accuracy and validation.
- Maintain consistent tracking and traceability of changes in demand, supply, and supportability over time.
- Drive standardization and consistency in supportability reporting across networking devices.
- Develop and document data sources, assumptions, and reporting processes for supply chain functions.
- Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancements to existing processes and Power BI reports.
- Partner with engineering teams to develop and enhance internal tools and reporting capabilities.
- Utilize MS SQL, Kusto, and Power BI to analyze data and build actionable insights and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Component Planning, Sourcing, and Execution to improve tooling and processes.
- Support the development of Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into supply position, risks, and gaps.
- Help design and implement “what-if” scenario capabilities to support supply planning decisions.
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience with program execution and technical data-focused work.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Planning roles.
- Experience with demand forecasting processes (S&OP/S&OE) and ERP systems, such as SAP.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with SQL and Power BI.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with data analysis and dashboarding.
- An Engineering degree, ideally in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
- Certifications such as APICS or CPIM.
- Prior experience with the specified client's environment is preferred.
