Location: Melbourne, FL
Duration : Full-time
Rate Range?: $85-100k

Will be working on a team of 4 Product Owners – they have offshore teams as well which will include Scrum Masters, QA, Developers, RTE’s
They have partnered with an offshore company that provides whole scrum teams so they are able to handle a lot more enhancements/changes in their backlog than before
Lots of business requirements to get through in a short amount of time
This resource doesn’t need to be super technical but if they are that’s a plus – with them having more hands on deck they are able to tackle the BRDs and get to technical items now
Example of technical enhancements they want to go to:
Overhaul the user management and incorporate federated login – allows users to login to the domain and it will recognize whether they are an employee, agent or insured
Day to day will be breaking down requirements into user stories, need to know how to write user story with acceptance criteria, flow diagrams
“INVEST” – how to write a user story – should have candidates look this up prior to interview

Requirements:
- 5 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst (need to have some PO experience)
- Azure Devops or similar tool
- Soft skills – go getter, can hit the ground running, proactive, can pivot quickly
- Experience writing user stories, flow diagrams, acceptance criteria, workflows, wire frames. Need to function as a coach to the team, not just tell them what to do.
