Title: Product Owner 
Length: 6-12 months 
Location: San Antonio, TX (ONSITE)
Position Summary:

Seeking a Senior Product Owner with extensive experience in Agile methodologies to spearhead product development initiatives.  The role demands strong stakeholder management skills and a history of delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead Agile development process with a focus on Scrum framework adherence.
•    Define, articulate, and evolve product vision and strategy.
•    Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for business goal alignment.
•    Prioritize product backlog for optimal value delivery.
•    Guide product discovery and development with a user-centric approach.
•    Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
•    Serve as a crucial link between development teams and stakeholders.
•    Utilize market analysis and customer feedback for informed product decisions.
•    Guarantee timely delivery of superior quality products.
Qualifications
•  Over 5 years as a Product Owner in Agile settings, ideally in Data & Analytics / Oil & Gas / Energy Industry.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•    In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.
•    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
•    Proficient with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
•    Demonstrated capability in data-driven decision-making and complex roadmap management.
•    Prior experience with Data & Analytics teams on Data Products is beneficial specifically in a Data Scientist organization.
Preferred Skills:
•    Advanced degree in a related area.
•    Agile methodology certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
