Job Description:

  • Mailchimps Ecosystems Programs & Operations team is seeking a program manager to manage implementation, analysis, and process development for the incentive programs that drive growth for our business and our partners.
  • This role will act as the point person for all new incentive programs, building business cases for proposed programs and templatizing common agreement structures.
  • This person will also lead post-implementation analysis of the success of these incentives and manage any associated payouts to partners based on deal terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make the business case for or against proposed incentive programs by evaluating their potential ROI and their relevance to the organizations goals.
  • Identify common deal incentive structures and propose templates to streamline work.
  • Develop periodic reviews of incentive programs including assessment of return on investment and other insights around the performance of programs.
  • Ensure that payments due to partners are calculated and paid out according to terms of contractual commitments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for questions on payments and any troubleshooting.
  • Develop processes to improve efficiency of payouts via improvements to tools

Skills: 

  • Understanding of partnerships deal structures and experience modeling costs and outcomes
  • Making recommendations to senior leaders based on a qualitative and quantitative understanding of business prospects and risks
  • Running business reviews for senior stakeholders including assessment of financial impact of programs Implementing business processes that drive consistency, efficiency and transparency
  • Creating requirements and recommendations for tools to support business processes
  • Working in highly matrixed environments
  • Facility with structured and unstructured data 5-7 years of experience

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
