Job Description:

Apex Systems, the nation’s 2nd largest Information Technology staffing solutions and consulting services company, has an opportunity for an Implementation Project Manager. This is permanent position and the client is based in Orlando, Florida. As this position is primarily remote, we are still looking for local candidates as they should have the ability to come on site as needed for meetings.

Position Details:

Role: Business Relationship Manager

Duration: Permanent

Location: Need to be in Central Florida – primarily remote, on site as needed for occasional meetings

 

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Consolidating systems
  • Eliciting high level requirements
  • Participating in conversations and framing up the ask
  • Subject matter expert in loan servicing, payment technologies
  • Incident escalation – frame up and prioritize incidents
  • Building relationships – work with business partners, product owner, product managers, and architects
  • Executive presentations
  • Building business use cases
  • Budgeting, forecasting

Required experience for the position

  • Business Analyst with 7+ years in experience with loan servicing/payment technologies
  • IT Intake experience – demand management, portfolio planning
  • Building business cases, process flows, budgeting, forecasting
  • Working with ambiguity, self-starter

 

Preferred Experience

  • Moved from a waterfall environment into a product environment
  • Aha

MS Office Suite
