Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking a contract to hire Quality Technician for one of our food & beverage clients in West Deptford, NJ!
Responsibilities:
- Performing QC testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products, including fat analysis, moisture content, pH, etc.
- Collecting samples from production line
- documentation
- Ability to work in a plant/production enviroment.
- Following GMP & HACCP regulations
Requirements:
- BS/BA in science-related field.
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
- Schedule is M-F day shift
- Lab and Production environment. 25-50% of time on plant floor
