Position: Telephony Support Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
12 Month Contract with Possible Extension
Project Details –

  • Configure, Troubleshoot and Deploy telephones
  • Travel to office adjacent facilities in Pennsylvania for troubleshooting/issue resolution
  • Provide remote telephony support for ATI facilities outside Pennsylvania
  • Manage service tickets within ServiceNOW
  • Schedule / escort 3rd party vendors for Telephony based repairs (e.g. wire breaks, advanced equipment repair, etc)
  • Perform and maintain inventory of Telephony equipment and spare parts in performance of job duties
  • Shipping / Receiving of relevant Telephony equipment and spare parts
  • Adding and updating extensions
  • Issue/Troubleshoot PBX and resolution
  • Working with carriers to add lines to get setup
  • Update configuration, maintenance and service
