GENERAL FUNCTION:

Perform research, design, and administration of governance program methodology and process in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Create and manage policies, standards, and procedures to enable organizational implementation and adherence. Provide oversight, testing, and reporting of organizational adherence to program requirements and standards. Ensure alignment with frameworks, including development and execution of program integrations with partner control functions.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development and delivery of the governance program through artifact creation and maintenance and administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation.
  • Assist with planning and execution of routine and defined outputs, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for program process efficiencies and automation
  • Participate in governance guild to help create an environment of collaboration, co-creation, and open sharing of guidelines and best practices by all SMEs and stakeholders
  • Knowledge transfer and cross-training on operational processes to other support personnel
  • Utilize and develop proficiency with governance tool set
  • Provide support of cross-squad product-related work

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible
  • Proactive individual with a "can do" attitude and a demonstrated track record of success
  • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative to learn, develop skills, seek feedback, and improve existing processes and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Basic Programming Language experience (SQL, Python. Etc)  for accessing, maintaining, and manipulating already created databases.
