Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for a iPhone Support Specialist to join one of our clients in the St. Louis area.  
Onsite daily in St. Louis
12 month contract with potential to convert
Job Description
Under general supervision, responds to and supports all voice technical control hardware and software issues. Responsible for participating in voice infrastructure design and planning for assigned facility.
Daily Responsibilities
Will support the Cellular Admin team in smartphone (primarily iphone) support, GME resident assistance, and general duties as assigned.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate customer service experience – 1 year, intermediate iphone/smartphone experience – 1 year, basic MDM (Airwatch) experience – 1 year.

Must Haves for this position:
