HR Specialist II

Duration: contract through April 19, 2025 - potential for extension/conversion 
Location: 100% on-site in Toronto, ON M5J 2T8 
Pay: $30-36/hr. T4 
Shift: M-F 40 hours per week 
Responsibilities: 

• Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
• Researches and analyzes data pertaining to human resources
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• May report directly to an executive or head of a unit/department.

• Requires a bachelors degree in a related area and 4-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
