Digital Marketing Specialist
This position is Contract to Hire.  All candidates must be interested & eligible for conversion after 1040 hours worked
Conversion Salary Range, based experience and qualifications:  $49k - $69k.
Must be local to MN and willing to come onsite - Hybrid

This position is responsible for coordinating and distributing digital communications across the enterprise, delivering digital communications for the Marketing and Experience team. 
This role will also help manage the applications that deliver our digital marketing communications for these constituent audiences. They will serve as a digital communications subject matter expert, and inform stakeholders of results and best practices. The position reports to the Manager, Member Experience Operations.
Email Marketing Distribution - 70%

  • Manage existing email programs including:
    • Journey Builder
    • SMS Text (Mobile Connect)
  • Create email messages in Marketing Cloud by incorporating content into template
  • Create and distribute email messages including:
    • Email content
    • Mailing list
    • Testing
    • Schedule and distribute
  • Manage email accounts content, assets and schedule
SMS Text Distribution - 15%
  • Manage SMS Text communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Mobile Connect application
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for SMS Text campaign strategy and development
  • Create and send bulk SMS Texts in support of consumer acquisition and retention efforts
  • Provide campaign performance results to stakeholders
Content proofreading, writing and editing - 15%
  • Proofread digital marketing communications content prior to publishing to ensure proper spelling and grammar
  • Edit proposed copy as part of the team, find typos, misspellings or identify long, confusing copy.

  • 2-3 years experience in digital marketing communications
  • Knowledgeable with broadcast email and SMS text distribution
  • Knowledge of and experience working with email and SMS Texting platforms is a must. 
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus, as well as health care industry expertise.
  • Writing and proven editorial skills are also a plus.

Worksite Arrangement: 

  • This position is approved for HUB.
    • HUB - The candidate is local and would be able to come into the office periodically for "heads-up" collaborative work or meetings.

Interview Structure:
  • Likely 2 rounds of interviews, plus the final interview/conversation with the TA recruiter.
