Position: Project Manager
Location: Miami-Dade County
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Rate Range: $34-36 per hour
Position Overview:
This client delivers a full-service offering of electronic security services and products including the design, installation, and maintenance of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and visitor management solutions.
Project Manager is going to be managing $2 Million in security projects – could range from a few large projects or multiple small projects
Projects will be for commercial buildings (healthcare, hospitals or government) and will be security equipment installs

Requirements:
- Project Management or Lead experience
- Commercial security equipment installation experience
- Organized and good time management
- 4. OSHA cert (preferred not required)
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
- Maintains current job plans, specifications, and communications log with customer.
- Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies and services, and controls timely delivery to jobsite.
- Prepares the project installation plan, manages the plan, and prepares and implements job procedures.
- Works with Operations team for resource planning of technicians, sub-contractors & programmers
- Maintains construction schedule and coordinates task scheduling with other trades
- Keeps self, superiors and subordinates informed of progress.
- Maintains all records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records and supervises the preparation and processing of reports for internal and external use.
