Apex has an opportunity for a VIP Technical Support roleThis is a 6+ month contract position and the pay rate is flexible depending on experience. Here are the details:                        


Position: VIP Technical Support 
Location: Coconut Grove, FL. (full-time onsite)
Rate: Negotiable based on experience
Duration: 6+ months contract

Description of Work/Position:

Provide white glove day-to-day support with video conferencing and technical support for all Senior Executives.  Support all local and remote IT issues using supplied tools and processes.

Extensive VIP & Executives level support experience preferred and must be able to respond to customer questions in a polite and precise manner.

Must have a good executive presence with strong communication skills and be able to multi-task, manage time effectively, and follow through with assignments.

Personal accountability and responsibility are a requirement.


  • Support meetings, video conference-based events, and Board functions
  • Ensure proper operation of all on-site meeting room equipment
  • Support VIP & CEC members with all technical issues
  • Manage, maintain & support inventory of Executive devices
    (Laptops, mobile devices, peripherals)
  • Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding of Senior Executives and Executive Assistants
  • Image and update end user computers
  • Testing & validation of new updates, patches, and deployments
  • Must be able to walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs.

Technical Knowledge required:

  • Advanced Windows desktop support
  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Exchange & Office365
  • Video Conferencing (Cisco Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • MDM/iOS experience, Intune preferred
  • Active Directory & Azure
  • Project Management
  • Familiar with ITIL and ITSM processes
  • Apple iOS & Android device support
  • Familiarity supporting Macintosh laptops/desktops a plus
  • Familiarity with Networking; Cisco certifications or work experience a plus
  • Printer support & troubleshooting
