Position: Lease Administration Coordinator
Location: 5 days onsite in Woonsocket, RI
Rate: Negotiable based on experience
Duration: 12 month contract

Position Description:
Perform various duties to assist in the operation of Lease Administration function.  To include preparation of Estoppel Certificates and Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements, lease review date research; legal document preparations, tracking and distribution; preparation of lease payment authorizations, lease database maintenance and lease review/research projects as it relates to store openings.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
             
-Prepare and mail certified/overnight letters for support of the Sr. Lease Analyst and Managers, and track returned mailed items and work with the Lease Admin sender to get notice to appropriate recipient.  
- Track and follow up on the receipt of fully executed SNDA’s, and the entry of same into the database on a timely basis.
-Prepare documentation for and ensure accurateness of landlord and address changes, including request and receipt of new Vendor numbers, and update database accordingly. Manage the Check Pull List monthly.
-Update database with store addresses once available from the field.   
-Coordinating store address corrections with the Licensing Dept. and updating Real Estate Database as needed.
-Provide any necessary approvals for store inspection/appraisal requests from Landlord
-Monitor the shared document request mailbox to ensure no requests are missed and are handled timely.
-Process incoming mail, including date stamping, and scanning and/or slotting of mail and sending to responsible party, both internal and external teams. 
-Institute the due diligence process, prepare and distribute for execution Estoppel Certificates and Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements (“SNDA”).
Required Qualifications:
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and related software.
-A strong attention to detail.
-Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
-3-5 years of relevant experience
-Real Estate database experience preferred.
