Our client needed help enhancing their online presence. They were seeking a partner with Agile expertise who could provide development and operations support for a number of websites, including both customer-facing and internal platforms. SOLUTION

To meet our client’s needs, we collaborated with the appropriate business users to analyze the current state and develop, refine, and prioritize requirements. Our team provided project management through the development of multiple platforms, including various application development initiatives and operations support services to enable both customer-facing and internal websites. The services we provided included:

  • Applications development (user stories, bug fix, etc.)
  • Operations management including handling break-fix, defect, enhancement, and other site improvements
  • Applications testing (unit test and component integration test) and quality assurance
  • Support for code and configuration management using standard tools (Atlassian Jira/Confluence, etc.)
