REMOTE SFO Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Bring efficiency, scalability and innovation to the way information is used and consumed
  • This colleague will steward HCP data on behalf of the commercial business for business unit to 1) ensure quality, standardization, and access to the data, and 2) provide actionable reporting solutions for Sales Force, Account Management, and BU Leadership
  • The individual will strategically collaborate with senior business leaders, other CMO Leadership, and select other Leads from across the business (Digital, Commercial Analytics, and other functions) to operationalize and standardize delivery of sales performance, sales / AM execution, and sales effectiveness insights in business unit/markets
  • Accountable for delivering Data Stewardship & Reporting remit within the business while applying skills and knowledge to enhance service delivery continuity and quality
  • Lead the delivery of robust, standardized data / reporting solutions to the Sales Force, Account Management, and BU leadership including key executional and CFC / AM effectiveness metrics
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders (Sr. director and above) across the organization
  • Create strategic capability roadmaps and execution plans
  • Formulate solutions which require alignment of large multidisciplinary, cross functional teams comprised of director level colleagues
  • Applies technical, line and business knowledge to influence the strategic direction of data stewardship services
  • Lead requirements & change management for reporting solutions, including major change events (e.g. new approvals, launches) as well as emerging needs based on regular business dynamics
  • Ensure timely delivery of CFC, Account Management, and brand KPIs in the areas of sales performance, sales / AM execution, and sales / AM effectiveness via platform solutions
  • Oversees data quality and compliance for HCP customer facing reporting:
  • Manages data quality to effectively provide business decision support
  • Develops strategies to ensure continued data quality
  • Identifies data-related risks and monitors effectively to mitigate them
  • Develops core KPIs, quality frameworks and monitors / track service delivery and inputs into overall goals
  • Identifies and monitors risks effectively to manage risks within the team
  • Exercises independent judgement to improve opportunities for Enablement service delivery through increases in efficiency and scale:
  • Streamlines and scales systems across markets and BUs with central support
  • Drives transformation: standardization, optimization and automation towards higher efficiency, better service quality, and faster solution provisioning
  • Defines priorities and allocates resources to drive efficient and effective client engagement:
  • Forecasts and plans resource requirements for projects across Data Stewardship & Reporting
  • Will align, contribute to and implement the new Data Stewardship & Reporting Design capabilities that are part of the vertical roadmap and strategy

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong skills to develop reporting solutions as products that synthesize and tell “the story” to commercial leadership
  • Familiar with modern approaches to data visualization and data storytelling to help all CFCs to use data intuitively in their day-to-day decision making
  • Proven skills to drive operational excellence to drive simplification, efficiency and innovation through our operational processes
  • Ability to assess and direct vendor technical capabilities and manage risks in the delivery process
  • Ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands, deal with ambiguity, and lead teams through complex and challenging cross-functional projects
  • Proficient in strategic data management: organizing, and understanding complex data sets from diverse sources
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic partner with the capacity to quickly establish relationships of trust, credibility, and be seen as a driving partner to senior leadership
  • Ability to identify, prioritize and describe relevant caveats and uncertainties in data, including how they relate to the business question and broader strategic priorities
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
