The banks Cybersecurity Office (CSO) provides world-class high performing portfolio, program and project management capabilities across the Information Security (Infosec) group.
WHAT YOULL GET TO DO: Project Overview / Contractors Role
• We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be assigned to one or more of large book of cybersecurity projects that require project management best-practices and rigor to execute and successfully deliver on time and on budget.
• Drive hard-working global teams consisting of employees and onshore/offshore consultants from multiple vendors.
• Manage projects with teams that consist of technology engineers, solution architects, business analysts, scrum masters, and application owners.
• Partner with key business and technology stakeholders in the delivery of critical technology initiatives to meet our strategic goals.
• Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of Infosec projects.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates risks that impact Infosec projects.
• Change agent for project management best-practices.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOUVE ALREADY DONE: Qualifications (must haves)
• 8+ years of project/program management
> Managed projects in the Financial Services industry
• Schedule management
• Risk and issue management
• Budget and financial management
• Coordination and communication across teams
• Managed large projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Managed large projects using Azure Boards
• Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree in a business or technology field of study
• Versatile associates who thrive on variety and challenge with a Can Do attitude
• Proven leaders with strong growth and delivery track records and mindsets.
• Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture.
• Engaging technologists who make a positive impact.
• Candidate must be the quintessential team player and a highly skilled communicator.
• Ability to work from home and Chicago office 3xs per week
Some Alternate Expectations (Nice to Haves)
• Past Successful PM Experience at a bank
• Knowledge of the banks Paragon Project Execution Framework
• Cybersecurity PM Experience (Cybersecurity engineering experience or subject-matter expertise is not required)
• Experience working in a global, highly regulated financial institution
