**Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer**
**Position Overview:**
The DevSecOps Engineer serves as the cornerstone of our DevOps team, ensuring the seamless integration and operational health of our development platforms. This role is pivotal in fostering the maturity of our Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) platform and advancing our Enterprise DevOps Model.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for platform support within the DevOps environment.
- Manage access requests, ensuring secure and appropriate access to all development tools and systems.
- Oversee project creation from inception to completion, aligning with organizational goals and standards.
- Facilitate deployment integrations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline development processes.
- Configure and maintain tool integrations, optimizing for efficiency and compliance with industry best practices.
- Monitor and maintain operational health of the CI/CD platform, proactively addressing issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure certification maintenance, keeping abreast of the latest industry standards and security protocols.
- Collaborate with various initiatives to enhance the end-to-end lifecycle of development, from coding to deployment.
- Support the platform/process maturity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to achieve an advanced Enterprise DevOps Model.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in DevOps, with a strong emphasis on security (DevSecOps).
- Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of system administration and software development practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
