Job Overview: In this role, the Personal Medical Chief of Staff will utilize their expertise in medicine or Immunology/Microbiology to perform detailed health evaluations, manage diagnostic tests, identify key specialists and researchers, and maintain thorough records to develop personalized treatment strategies for an exclusive client.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Thorough Medical Reviews: Evaluate patient medical histories and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ascertain immunological and microbiological health status.
  • Lead Diagnostic Testing and Treatment Development: Manage all diagnostic processes, interpret results with medical staff, and generate tailored treatment plans based on cutting-edge research.
  • Stay Informed and Collaborate: Keep abreast of the latest developments in immunology and microbiology, engage with specialists for innovative treatments, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders; includes readiness to travel as necessary.
Primary Job Requirements:
  • Advanced Immunological and Microbiological Expertise: MD and/or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Immunology, Microbiology, or Virology, with a solid foundation in clinical research and patient care related to immune diseases.
  • Comprehensive Analysis and Treatment Planning Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in evaluating medical evidence—ranging from patient records and lab results to interviews—and in formulating detailed, individualized care plans utilizing a deep understanding of immune cell biology and host-pathogen dynamics.
  • Project Leadership and Collaborative Communication: Exhibit outstanding project management capabilities, adept at navigating simultaneous projects while prioritizing tasks effectively, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and articulate complex medical concepts to a broad audience, staying informed about and incorporating cutting-edge research into practice.
