A global health and wellness company leverages our Infor team to rapidly implement an enhanced Financials ERP system. 


Our client, a global health and wellness company based in the United Kingdom, needed a partner to be able to implement a Financials ERP system in eight weeks due to costs associated with a Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) with their existing vendor. The client has major facilities in six countries around the world and needed to customize the solution for each environment. Infor’s UX and the process simplification achieved by having a unified financial ERP platform resulted in Infor being selected.

Initial launch in six weeks with progressive global rollout


Our client selected Apex due to our expertise in implementing Infor solutions and the ease of our rollout process. Apex deployed a team of Infor Certified consultants that could deliver the project in a proven Agile process. Our team implemented a Single Core Model and customized solutions for operations at each international location. 


Apex Infor Consultants were responsible for the design, build, and implementation of the CloudSuite solution. Our consultants completed design verification and had the software live on CloudSuite to support financial transactions within eight weeks. Our team was able to reduce the expenditure associated with the TSA that our client had with the previous organization. These savings were then used to accelerate and support the current ERP transformation program. Within one year, the complete suite was rolled out worldwide with the exception of North America, with plans to expand there in the coming year. The global rollout progressed rapidly:
