We partnered with the client to implement Test Automation, a web-based application that streamlines and accelerates the Infor Lawson system testing process. This freed our client’s IT resources from repetitive testing, non-core activities, and inefficient usage of their time. The client formed an operations group and brought together participants from finance, HR, and marketing to foster better alignment between IT and the business to increase communication and create comprehensive documentation of business procedures.
