Supply Clerk (Evening Shift)

Location: Salem, OR

Apex Systems is looking for a Supply Clerk with one year of any supply processing experience (sorting, inventorying, distributing.)

Shift Schedule: Sun - Thurs 3p-11:30p night shift
Job Description:  

Performs a variety of duties, including but not limited to, maintaining inventory of surgical prosthesis, implants, and other medical supplies; ordering surgical prosthesis, implants, and other medical supplies; processing requisitions for billing only surgical prosthesis, implants, and other medical supplies; supporting and participating in fiscal inventory count; liaison to Supply Chain Services. Assists surgical personnel with special orders and purchase orders for trial items and fills urgent/emergency supply requests. Sources substitute product when necessary.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• One (1) year of any supply processing experience (sorting, inventorying, distributing) preferred.

• One (1) year of hospital supply processing experience preferred.

• Surgical Services experience preferred.

• Knowledge of computer systems and applications used to perform the duties of the position including, but not limited to: Infor/Lawson/McKesson, Qsight, and Epic.

• Familiarity with inventory control concepts and systems used in ordering and stocking supplies and equipment preferred.
