Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for a SuccessFactors Technical Program Manager with strong Program Management and Technical skills to place at our client, an Enterprise Telecom client.

Location: 100% Remote
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Technical Program Manager to be part of our clients exciting journey to modernize their HR infrastructure. The SAP and Enterprise Shared Services team is at the epicenter of digital transformation, operating mission critical infrastructure that enables them to be a globally recognized leader in the telecommunications and technology space.   Our client provides a wide range of communications products and services, while also delivering a compelling range of products and services for small, medium, and large businesses and has carved out a leadership position in the health, energy, finance, and public sector markets. 
Responsibilities:
As a SuccessFactors Technical Program Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale HR transformation initiatives, focusing on the implementation of SuccessFactors modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Your strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules will be key to driving the success of our transformation projects.
Heres how:
 

  • Lead and manage large-scale HR transformation initiatives, focusing on the implementation of SuccessFactors modules, to enable HR teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with our client’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and change management strategies, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Drive change management efforts to facilitate organizational change and adoption of SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless transition and user adoption.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • Identify and address project risks and issues, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to drive timely resolution and minimize project disruptions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in SuccessFactors, leveraging this knowledge to provide insights and recommendations to optimize the HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and provide solutions aligned with unique business needs and HR best practices.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across project teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective resource management, performance monitoring, and project governance.

Qualifications:
Preferred:
 
  • Pre-existing SAP MDG, ILM, or Syniti Advanced Data Migration experience, providing additional expertise in data governance and migration strategies.
  • Pre-existing understanding of SAP S4 embedded analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Google BigQuery, enabling advanced analytics capabilities and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of project management, product, and agile delivery teams, facilitating effective collaboration and alignment with project methodologies.
  • Experience working on cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS, contributing to our clients cloud-first approach and digital transformation journey.
